The 7 day programme is full of interesting exercises and is designed to maximise the weight loss process. The days are long and the exercises are intense but the fitness team will motivate you and make the exercises fun and enjoyable. It will not be all hard work. There are fabulous walks to be had along miles of beautiful ocean washed beaches or through the adjoining Ria Formosa Nature Reserve.

When we have our first meeting upon your arrival, we'll do a body fat test, take your weight and measurements, and determine your goal weight and your goal body fat. We'll also ask you a series of questions designed to ascertain your current exercise abilities We will offer a regime designed to achieve your goals that includes fitness instruction, nutritional counselling and motivational training – a course packed with fun and energising activities designed to help you build a strong, fit body and mind.
