Each team member is highly experienced in their field and has great motivational skills. The main core of the exercise program will be cardio, working in the body fat burning zone (60-85% of your maximum heart rate). We will also pack many other interesting and exciting exercises into the week to keep you active and interested. Within your programme there will be some “YOU” time.
You will be able to take part in many of the lessons available each day such as yoga, pilates, back care and stretch, dance classes or you can just take a walk on the beach or play tennis. We realise that everybody has different levels of fitness therefore trainers will adjust the exercises depending on your fitness level. Ultimately we aim to make all the exercise sessions fun and enjoyable but also intense so you will gain as much as you can from your time at Barringtons FitFarm.
Many people exercise incorrectly and don't see the results they set out to achieve. Our knowledgeable health team will show you the correct exercise techniques and set you realistic and achievable goals. So as your weight decreases your fitness level increases.
